Today we had a rainy memorial day. We were suppose to slip and slide and spend the time outside, but we had fun indoors instead. It was fun to compare the size of Mason and JJ. We also compared the size of Taylor and Amanada 4yr vs 7yr

The Birthday Party

We had a fun combined B-day party for Taylor and Cooper. Cooper wanted Thomas and Taylor wanted My Little Pony. We also set up the slip-and-slide and played some water games. It was crazy, but lots of fun!

Happy Birthday Cooper

I would love to say that the Birthday today was a pleseant day, but it was crazy! I got up early and wrapped cooper's presents and made german pancakes. Cooper was screaming because he wanted to use the princess spoon and fork that taylor was using. So he was crying through half of the presents we were trying to get him to open. So we waited a while and tried again. Taylor got him a spongebob watch which he refused to wear and screamed when we tried to put it on him. I brought him outside for the big surprise - A POWER WHEELS TRUCK!! I was so excited for that. However, the battery has stopped working already. I bought it used from ksl.com and am totally regretting it.
Cooper's favorite present is his "fur real" chip. He has been carrying it around all day, hugging it and wrapping it in a blanket.

Barbie Video

Taylor loves this music video at the end of one of her barbie videos. She asked me if I would do her hair like the singer. She then told me that the deck was American Idol. She spend quite a while out there playing "American Idol"

Mother's Day

Jason and the kids got me a outdoor fireplace for mothers day. Yesterday we made s'mores - yum!

It is so cute watching Cooper and Anthony (a friend of his from nursery). They play so well together and get so excited to see each other.

All Smiles

This baby is the smiliest baby. Yes, he is difficult and throws a lot of crying fits, but when he is in a good mood, he is all smiles. This morning (around 5:30 or so) it was dark in the room, but after I was nursing him he was just smiling in the dark.

Chipmunks

Taylor is pretty much OBSESSED with the chipmunks. She spends hours listening to the soundtrack of the movie. She loves to play with paper clips (a red, green, and blue one) pretending they are the Chipmunks. One of her favorite activities is to stand on the "stage" and make the barbies be her audience. I ordered her an old cartoon chipmunk movie for her birthday.

Mason

Mason smiles now. I need to take a pic or a video of the smiling, it is soo soo sweet. Mason loves to lay on his back and look around. It seems like he likes it even more than the swing or the chair sometimes.

Loving the weather!

We are loving this warm weather. We went to the park this morning, then when we got home the kids wanted to play outside even more. I thought I had worn them out but Cooper did not take his nap. He kept peaking his head out of the room then running back to his bed. After naps, I let them play video games for a while. Cooper crashed on the floor.

One little funny side note. The other day I left Mason in his swing and went in the other room. When I came back he was wearing eye shadow. Taylor said that Pooper did it.

Happy Mexican Day!

Today we went to Cafe Rio with the kids to celebrate the day. After dinner, some random guy came over to us with 2 deserts. He said that he wanted us to have them because he has never seen such cute kids before. Nice man!

Kitty Kitty

Does this cat look familiar? It is Taylor's friend. He/She comes and calls on her to play. Taylor has named the cat June.
